What you can expect from me: I listen and question with genuine curiosity. At the same time I want to provide support and encouragement, build and develop your strengths, allow you to see the choices you have and challenge you in ways that will facilitate the achievements you are looking for. My coaching philosophy is based on my 4 C’s: curiosity, courage, choice and clarity.
My coaching is non-directive, although I may offer a sprinkle of advice. I tailor my work to suit your needs, using tools, techniques and frameworks from coaching and positive psychology.
The values I bring to coaching are: commitment, trust, integrity, presence and of course enjoyment and fun! I see coaching as a journey that I go on together with my clients.
