When change is the new normal, certainty is elusive. Sometimes we are just too involved, too close and cannot see the wood for the trees. Often we find it difficult to know whether an idea is good or bad, madness or pure genius. Sometimes we want to change, but we do not know how. Other times, all we see are problems, pitfalls, and reasons for not doing something so much so that it actually stops us from even trying. And sometimes, we just need to take some time to reflect.
I coach senior leaders who are facing a challenge or would like to be more effective or fulfilled in their roles. Next to one-on-one coaching sessions with individual clients, I also coach leadership teams and work as a facilitator for leadership team workshops and trainings for executives and also offer other forms of group support.
